This policy describes how Custom Coordinates Travel ("we") handles the information you share when you visit this site or begin a conversation with us. We keep the collection minimal and the use plain.

What we collect

Inquiries. When you use our inquiry form, the details you enter — your name, contact information, and what you tell us about your travel — are submitted through our intake provider, Travefy, and reach the advisor directly. We use them only to respond to you and to plan your travel.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device). Analytics storage stays disabled until you accept; you can decline, and you can change your mind by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

Cookies and consent

We do not set analytics cookies until you accept the consent prompt. A small record of your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit.

Third parties

We rely on a few trusted services to run the site and the advisory: Travefy (inquiry intake), Google Analytics (consented analytics), and our hosting provider. Each handles data under its own terms. We do not sell your information.

Keeping your information

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to plan and support your travel, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Tell us if you would like your information removed.

Your choices

You can decline analytics, ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@customcoordinates.travel and we will take care of it.
