Privacy policy

This policy describes how Custom Coordinates Travel ("we") handles the information you share when you visit this site or begin a conversation with us. We keep the collection minimal and the use plain.

What we collect

Inquiries. When you use our inquiry form, the details you enter — your name, contact information, and what you tell us about your travel — are submitted through our intake provider, Travefy, and reach the advisor directly. We use them only to respond to you and to plan your travel.

Analytics and ad measurement. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device), and Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries.

Cookies and consent

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask first: we set no analytics or advertising cookies until you accept the consent prompt, and you can decline. Elsewhere, Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are set when you visit. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we turn off advertising cookies and ad measurement. A small record of any choice you make is stored in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit; clear the site’s data in your browser to choose again.

Third parties

We rely on a few trusted services to run the site and the advisory: Travefy (inquiry intake), Google Analytics and Google Ads (site and ad measurement), and our hosting provider. Each handles data under its own terms. We do not sell your information.

Keeping your information

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to plan and support your travel, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Tell us if you would like your information removed.

Your choices

You can opt out of Google Analytics on any site with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. You can also ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@customcoordinatestravel.com and we will take care of it.
